WARRANTY

Semi-flexible solar panels, foldable solar panel and solar blankets are covered by a 24 months workmanship warranty provided by the manufacturers. We repair or replace defective items at our own discretion. All other products are with 12 months manufacturer warranty for all products.

A 30 day refund and 30 day exchange after receiving the product.

The Buyer is responsible for the return post/mail cost.

Returned items must be in the original box and include all of the original accessories.

Please contact us prior to confirm the return address and our warehouse invoice number. If there is not a warehouse invoice number on the packaging, our warehouse cannot confirm the return and we will not be able to process the refund or replace.
